CDG Homme Plus With A New Take On The Nike Air Foamposite Ones
Comme Des Garcons Homme Plus have come up with a new take on the Nike Air Foamposite Ones.
The Foamposites are one of a select set of on-court basketball shoes that have crossed over and have seen success within sneaker culture for some time now. Since the Ones were debuted on-court by the legendary Penny Hardaway in the Royal Blue colourway in 1997, many have reimagined and manifested different versions of the Foamposite Pros and the Ones, with popular streetwear brands like Supreme even putting their own spin on them.
Now, CDG have released images of their latests versions which consist of an all white base layer with a Japanese imprint which mimics that of a Zen Garden. The shoe also consists of angelic finishes with black accents on the tongue, heel and even on the insole which consist of the 'AIR' badges, branding that states 'COMME DES GARCONS HOMME PLUS' and carbon fibre moulds situated on the lower mid-foot area.
See below for a more detailed look at the shoe, set to be released this November at a price of around $520.
